1. To really understand me (or at least my taste in books, tv and music), read Tamora Pierce, Neil Gaiman’s short stories, James Herriot, Brothers Grimm fairy tales and Barbara Kingsolver. Watch the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, Brother Cadfael, the X-Files, Dickens adaptions and British detective dramas. Listen to Amanda Palmer and Pete Seeger.
3. Some characters I spend a significant portion of my time thinking about include Keladry of Mindelan, Sherlock Holmes, the Doctor, Dana Scully, Peggy Carter, Stella Gibson, Donna Nobel, Eilonwy daughter of Angharad, and Hermione Granger.

I have lunch at 11:30 with a pile of friends and eat a humongous salad. I read a Virginia Woolf novel, cross country ski and take a shower in the afternoon. After dinner, I go to a theatre in London and watch a beautiful production of a Shakespeare play. After a pint of cider and a long, detailed discussion of the play, I settle into bed around midnight.
15. (Are you fucking serious? FIVE?) The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson, Julian of Norwich’s Revelations of Divine Love....Please refer to the above references to books to complete the list.
