top six books turned to movies ( ^_^ )
OOOOOOH. OH. OH. UM. well let me just say that when i was younger, i used to be a huge sticker for books-before-movies rule, like when something was adapted i’d read the book first and then watch the movie and “the book would probably be better than the movie anyways"
but like six years ago i kind of just ditched that rule and now i just watch movies even if i haven’t read the books :x

atonement: bless that it was turned into a film bc i hated the book and i think it was a better movie anyways
to kill a mockingbird: i love both the book and the film
harry potter and the sorcerer’s stone: one of the first books i read in english, the first series i got into, and what made me love reading and books… when it was made into a film i loved it as much and could probs watch it any time
pride & prejudice: i love the 2005 film and the novel :)

i wanted to say norwegian wood but i haven’t finished the film yet
i know the list seems a bit meh, but that’s probably because i either read the book or watch the movie. it’s been a long time since i’ve both read the book and watched the film adaptation. the millenium trilogy gets an honorable mention though, i liked the swedish adaptations.
