Personally, since i think that it’s such a unique color, i would prefer to wear it with solid colors underneath; 

If you want to make a bold & more out there fashion statement, then you can wear it with some patterns, just as long as it’s not to all over the place and try limiting the pattern to one article of clothing, so either the pants or the shirt.

and of course, there’s the option of wearing it with jeans;

Just remember the jacket is a fashion statement on its own, so don’t wear it with an outfit that takes the focus away from it, and has many focuses (if that made sense)
