I honestly can't tell if T has changed how/ how much I smell 'cause as my mental health has improved so has my hygiene-

one big reason I know HRT was the right decision is that actually have the energy to shower more than once a week & brush my teeth every day now! and then when I'm done I feel good about looking in the bathroom mirror!
