can’t stop thinking about pregnant dream

like, imagine, poor george gets the news that dream’s pregnant and he’s astatic about it, they’re having a baby!! a little friend for patches and someone who will always be on his side when it comes to arguing with sapnap!! the literal and physical embodiment of the love that dream and george have for each other

and then it also hits him that dream. is. pregnant.

dream, the man who was probably cursed in some past life and has evil things happen to him 24/7 365 days a year. the same fucking man who has nearly death experiences on the regular and only every mentions them months later as a joke.

and boy, does george go into protective mode.

if sapnap thought he was bad when they went to antártica and dream got sick or even when a specific former friend announced his server after feeding dream to the dogs, he couldn’t even categorize what was going through george’s mind at the moment.

george finds every single baby book and parenting guide he can get his hands on; reading them and cataloguing the information in a spreadsheet. he ropes sapnap into helping him baby proof the house. he even starts cooking specific food for dream, food that doesn’t quite look appetizing, but is packed full of nutrients for the baby.

sapnap won’t stop making jokes about how george is acting like an alpha from some of the fanfics written about them. dream won’t add to the conversation, lest it spirals into a 2 v. 1, but he secretly agrees.

george becomes protective to an endearing degree. he watches dream like a hawk; always demanding to be in the bathroom when dream takes his baths, never letting people get too physically close, and side eyeing patches for attempting to make biscuits on dream’s slightly round tummy.

i’m begging them to please just fucking talk to each other

change is necessary to be human, and if you as a person can’t understand that then you don’t understand what it’s like to be human

people fuck up, no one’s perfect, for the love of god please just talk to each other

i feel like that kind of think is going to come back to bite her, she’ll fuck up one day and she’ll see how dangerous that rhetoric really is

holy shit, some of the stuff you guys are saying about sylvee is insane.

we claim to be advocates for change and wanting people to grow when it’s about the dream team, but some of you need to realize that extends to anyone.

im not gonna say too much about it because it’s not my place, i don’t consume a lot of sylvee’s solo content. but you guys need to cut her some slack and give her some grace. she was put in a terrible situation and faced an enormous amount of pressure from twitter.

this really is a situation where nobody wins, and it’s awful to see. everyone deserves better, but at the very least we’re mostly past it.

i hope caiti can eventually heal, she doesn’t deserve to have her career and life ruined over this. and i hope she gets better friends who won’t use her situation for clout.

i hope george can learn from this experience and be more safe when it comes to interacting with women in the creator sphere, and really as a whole.

i think this might have allowed him and others to see just how awful mob mentality can be and how awful the world, especially the content creator sphere, can be for women.

these last few days were hell, but at least the worst may be over. may there be good times ahead :)

more pregnant dream because i love him so much

-dream would probably be freaking out at first when he relizes his symptoms are too close to that of a pregnancy. he's in denial for the first few weeks after he starts getting morning sickness, but he does try to hide it from george because they cant have a baby right now. not when their address trends on twitter every other week and they're still trying to figure out which friends are actually friends.

-he tells sapnap first. he takes advantage of george being out of the house with tony or something. he calls his best friend over into the living room, and sapnap can already tell something is wrong. dream's voice sounds off. dream finally tells sapnap that he's pregnant, but he sounds so sad about it that his first thought is that george doesn't want the baby and now he needs to beat his ass because the fuck?? dream clarifies that this is in fact not the case and he's just too scared to even tell george.

-what proceeds are the two strangest months of george's life. dream and sapnap are sneaking around to an ungody degree. they're always next to each other to the point that he's found dream alseep in sapnap's room more than once. dream even starts siding against him when george chooses sushi for dinner which immediately sends red flags to his brain. sapnap also becomes weirdly protective of dream? he doesn't let dream do a lot of heavy lifting or work out as much, and the one time george suggests that dream help him clean out the cats' litter boxes, sapnap instantly volunteers to do it.

-finally, george reaches his breaking point and asks what's wrong during dinner. dream looks pale and sapnap tries to deflect and for a quick second george honestly thinks that they've been sleeping together. but then dream sighs and goes to his room, leaving sapnap and george at the dinner table. george glares at sapnap the entire tme, willing his friend to tell him what the fuck is going on and sapnap just decides to look everywhere else.

-dream ends up showing george the pregnancy test and everything clicks into place for george. dream is pregnant. dream is pregnant with their baby. dream is pregnant with their baby and was too scared to tell george.

-george turns into a blubbering mess right away. and because george is crying, dream will also cry. and because dream is crying, sapnap will also be crying.

-patches and the other cats end up just staring at the trio of crying humans. they don't really know what's up, but they do enjoy dream's stomach becoming softer, it's great for biscuit making.
