those are amazing ** do tell. do you actually eat them?? or give them as presents?? (I cannot imagine anyone *eating* these beauties)
I’ve been eating them for the past two days before the buttercream can make them too soggy--the lemon curd in the cap ones basically does a number on them overnight-it’s a paradox really-Spring Break gives me the time to do it but it means my usual colleague and student victims aren’t available for me to foist them off upon. If I’m lucky the thick dryness of the bourbon buttercream will allow them to last long enough for them to make it to campus. Otherwise I’ll eat what I can, distribute amongst who I can, and toss the rest. This is usually what happens with the sugar cookies too, when I don’t ship them out--tbh, I generally don’t even like sugar cookies all that much but they are the easiest to work with ^^; I do like them with some of the flavors I give them, though.
I see that you've been watching Shadowhunters! Are you thinking about maybe writing reviews for them (or do you already and i missed it?) I was absolutey estatic when i saw that you are watching this show too. Have you read the books? Which is your fav character / storyline? Sorry if that got long!
Awww you are so sweet to ask. No reviews sorry. Although I occassionally tweet my reactions as I watch. Depends on my mood. Mostly I am a casual viewer. I haven’t read the books so I’m also a clueless viewer. I did see the movie, so I knew about the incest plotline. Was not a fan. So happy we are done with that. I’m watching Game of Thrones now too so I was on incest overload. I NEED LESS INCEST IN MY SHOWS PLEASE. Sorry. I digress. Ummm... shipping preferences are pretty much down the line - Malec, Clace and Sizzy. I’m biding my time on Sizzy. Our time will come. But I like Maya too! I’m a Jace fan myself. He’s probably my fave. I’m a sucker for the brooding hero in stories. I have a fictional type.
@mintceres same cat bed, about a year apart. They’re each about 15 lbs now😅
