This Mint Oreo Ice Cream cake is simple, minty, and chocolatey. The mint flavor is refreshing, and the chocolate flavor is rich. It's great for any event and is sure to please!
Ingredients: 1 package Mint Oreo cookies. 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream. 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce. 1/2 cup crushed Oreos for topping. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Use a plastic bag to crush Mint Oreos into small pieces. Place crushed Oreos on the bottom of a springform pan and press them down to make a crust. Cover the Oreo crust with mint chocolate chip ice cream that has been melted. Put hot fudge sauce on top of the ice cream. Use crushed Oreos to cover the top. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it gets firm. Let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting it. This will make it easier to do.
