I am in no way defending Mintyy but ever since she was called out I’ve seen people to make it about them selves by dropping these half assed fics then mentioning her at the bottom as a gotcha as if she’s gonna see it.
Yes, Ai usage is Harmful
I do not support Ai usage , Mintyy was getting flooded with requests, 100s a week , people even requesting when her inbox was closed probably because they loved her writing style so much, since she started semi blowing up and I’m going to guess that overwhelmed her she was 18 after all (Not an excuse I’m trying to give you some back ground on why I think she decided to resort to Ai)
There was only one person I saw treat this wisdom ,class and stern Kindness @/wordsofwhimsy they are an incredible writer spoke about this way better than I could The post /fic I am referring to PLEASE read it and follow them
Can you guys just write and be kind to each other. It’s crazy how Writers on here will take time to entertain you and instead of being normal in return you being drama into our inbox’s/notes or the Peers of said writers act high and mighty after seeing one of their own mess up or simply do something they don’t like.
Maybe I’m the only one but I miss Mintyy mostly because of her pleasant attitude and approach to her interactions , she would recommend fics from other creators on here ,give advice , some of you only share your friends fics and trash talk writers on anon in their inbox : (((((((
If she ever comes back I hope she learns that she can take her time. I’m a firm believer that not all her fics were written by Ai. Disappointed but hopeful she has time to improve and do better. She was always willing to listen to criticism. There was a better way to approach this.
