Today’s #wellnesswednesday and I guess #wcw goes out to this #badass #spiritjunkie @gabbybernstein I was feeling pretty disconnected and stuck about a year ago and my friend @mirandafrigon recommended her book #theuniversehasyourback on audiobook. I distinctly remember listening to it while walking through the woods and shouting out loud, YES, YES, THANK YOU!!!! I listened to it on repeat and still turn to it in times where I need a reminder that I am truly supported. It was the jumpstart I needed to reconnect with myself, my spirit and the divine love all around me. What I love about Gabby, she makes spirituality simple, relatable and cool. Heck she makes it sexy! I’m sure if we knew each other we’d be good friends ;) Her new book #judgementdetox is coming out soon and I can’t wait to read it, well listen to it as audiobooks are kind of my jam and she is an awesome narrator 👌.
