If BTS is granted exemption I don't want them to take it. If they are granted exemption I don't think they'll take it. They know it's unfair and it would also be complete career suicide. Their fellow citizens would be so bitter at the gov't for doing this. They are Korean citizens first and artists second.

In relation to this post from a little while ago

I completely agree. If they were offered exemption, I’m sorry but it would only be fair for all idols to have that right. I adore BTS but just because they’ve broken so many records and become as famous as they have doesn’t mean they should have a free pass. 

I don’t like the idea of any of them in the military but it’s not up to me, it’s a part of S. Korea at this time and ARMY are just going to have to come to terms with that.
