last time i worked on march 15th and the banquet kitchen closed until further notice. as of now, it’s still closed.
last august and september, it’s time to find a new job for now and i applied a several places and had 4 interviews out of 10-15 restaurants. yes, mozzeriadc is one of them and i didn’t get a job offer. that’s okay and i am glad i don’t work there.
a month ago, i moved to massachusetts for a new chapter. 3 weeks later, hyatt reached me to talk about this position i applied. and i went to see him and check out the property, too. and yes, it is with great enthusiasm that i accept the lead cook position at 1894 fireside bistro and bar.
the place is absolutely beautiful. oh, and rest assured, it isn’t bly manor. it’s wyndhurst manor and club. :]
