Emir had asked Miray to meet him at his place for drinks because he wanted to talk to her about Alara. He felt like it was something they could handle without involving their parents. Perhaps he was overreacting, but he was too focused on making sure she was safe to see it. "I need your help. I'm worried about Alara. We've left her unattended for too long and she's been frequenting the White Wyvern. You know how she is, she sees the good in everyone. i don't want her to get in with anyone trying to take advantage of her kind nature."
