“Nothing I’ve done up to now will ever be useless!” ⠀ — 𝙄 𝙒𝙄𝙇𝙇 𝘼𝙇𝙒𝘼𝙔𝙎 𝘽𝙀 𝙇𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙇𝙇𝙄𝙊𝙉 —⠀ ( Mirio Togata, My Hero Academia ) ⠀ ⠀ I’ve been waiting for so long to share this tribute with you so here I am! The makeup and shooting were pretty challenging and I had to fully damage my Mirio cosplay. Since this part was really intense in the manga, I didn’t want to make any spoilers from it and I prefered waiting for the anime before posting it. ⠀ ⠀ I’m sharing all my love and passion for Mirio even though I’m not fully satisfied of how the Anime was — especially compared to the overly emotional part for Midoriya. It’s all about artistic choices and all I can do is giving my trust and respecting them for the love of the show!⠀ I learned to stay positive in general and appreciate everything we get thinking it could have been worse, that’s the only way I can take it now! ❤️⠀ ⠀ In any case Mirio will always be the hero we don’t deserve ahahah! '' ⠀ ■ Me as Mirio (Lemillion) and @feramisofficial as Eri (My Hero Academia)⠀ ⠀ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧⠀ I want to share something really IMPORTANT through this post since you're like a big family to me and I feel being very close to you even if it's behind a screen. The reason why I cosplay is because through this ART I want to spread my energy, feelings and messages to the world, reason why I never lost motivation and let the facts speak louder than words. This is why you are so important to me!⠀ ⠀ • Today I want to share this tribute to\with one treasure of a person who's motivating and inspiring in what I do❤️⠀ ⠀ Her name is Feramis and I want to talk to you about her. She was born with Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) - Type VIII, also known as Brittle Bone Disease and there's no cure for it. I don’t want to get into more details, but just letting you know she had 21 medical surgeries to rebuild her skeleton with titanium and she frequently has a lot of pain at her vertebraes and body joints.⠀ ⠀ What happened is she got bullied by some people for her cosplays because of her conditions. Needless to say how mad I was for this.⠀ ⠀ You know what? She proved EVERYBODY WRONG and despite doctors told her she would never walk in her life, she achieved walking with a support and kept cosplaying with all her passion! Her will and motivation led her to make her dreams become possible and through COSPLAY she found her smile, art, friends and most importantly her HAPPINESS. ⠀ ⠀ She is such an INCREDIBLE human being and instead of complaining about her pain, she keeps working hard and spread her love to this community! Just thinking about it, my heart gets full of motivation!❤️⠀ ⠀ You might think I am a hero for this community but the truth is you are a true HERO to me and words will never be enough to express how happy I am we cosplayed together! :)⠀ ⠀ Thanks everyone for reading and think about it! Character vs Cosplay⠀ MIRIO TOGATA - My Hero Academia ⠀ ⠀ “ 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 4? 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘕𝘖𝘛 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘦! ” 💪🏼⚡️⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Recreating Mirio through my interpretation has been a real personal challenge considering how hard is to recreate his “features”! His energy, charisma and presence are OP just like him and he definitely is — after All Might — my favorite BNHA character, not even mentioning Best Boi season 4! We did our best, rent a photo studio and I got @yehdinh helping me out with the manga recreation ( Side note : this picture has been done before the actual anime but I prefer to wait the show first because I didn’t want this to be a potential spoiler ).⠀ ⠀ However! I’m here to spread my love for MIRIO as he means a lot to me!
