Those of you who have been following me for a while know of my comic, Mirror Jumper that I had started and put on hiatus a few years back. Not sure who’s still interested, but I’ve got some news! I’ll be officially rebooting it with an official new update at the end of October! (I’d do it sooner, but I have a few commitments I have to finish up first before I can jump all in on this.)

I’ll make another announcement post closer to the start! =)

(Trigger Warning: Murder attempt)

Staring at the knife in his hand, Penelope felt the air leave her lungs, accompanied by her heart's volume and speed increasing. Her knees wobbled as she stepped farther back into the attic. She realized the boxes and old furniture left no room for her to run around the intruder. She was trapped, cornered in the tiny room with the dangerous man who broke into her house. Penelope became blinded by her tears as she watched him take a step forward. “Please, no,” she whispered in a broken voice as she stepped back more while clutching her shorts. The armed man paused for a few seconds and twitched his finger before lunging at her. The faint hope she had crushed her, knowing she wouldn't be able to do anything but watch her soon-to-be killer run towards her. She shut her gray eyes and pushed herself backwards towards the large mirror behind her in a useless attempt to get away from him. Penelope wished to be anywhere else, anywhere at all where she wasn't facing her death. She opened her eyes in shock as she fell into the mirror, away from her world to anywhere else.

(Decided I’d post this a couple days ahead of schedule as I’ll be away for the weekend and might not get to post it up before Sunday. Hope you guys have an awesome weekend! Here’s 5 of my OC’s for my comic Mirror Jumper that should be staring up soon, hopefully! I’m in the process of getting a page set up for it along with a bio section and getting some of the comic pages ready to go! So be on the lookout for that! All 5 of these characters are Detectives/Enforcers which you’ll see throughout the series. Im absolutely stoked for my comic y'all, you have no idea If you haven't, please check out @mirrorjumper on tumblr or Tapastic!!! It's a sci-fi mystery with a big sense of "team is family" vibe! There is a potential for some slight romance, but it's definitely background to the main plot. (Eventually, I was thinking that if there's enough interest that I'd do a side series showcasing those relationships.) As of right now there's been 3 updates and the next update on Sunday is a combined 4 and 5 due to this next week being absolutely busy for me and me going out of town But if you are interested, please check it out and follow if you like!!! It would mean a whole bunch! =)
