A faint hum passed his lips, accompanied by a slight head tilt, at the sight that appeared before him. He meets the gaze of the eye in the mirror for a moment before watching the stranger approach him. Interesting, was the only word that came to mind in this moment. His composure remained unflinching as the man stopped in front of him, a hand offered out to him. "Dr. Manfred." He echoed, his eyes moving down to the polished hand before looking back up at the clusters of mirrors that shrouded his face. "Dr. Lecter. It is a pleasure meeting you." He continued, straightening his neck and accepting the hand with a firm shake, looking to one of the mirrors where he assume the man's head may be. "Thank you, but I have no need for any services today. I was simply in the neighborhood stopping by." A pause. The doctor's gaze moved to another one of the man's mirrors. "Is this gadget apart of your treatment for patients?" His eyes shifts to yet another mirror. "Or to hide yourself? Quite rude to not speak to a man face to face, wouldn't you say?"

“oh my fucking god, you are creepy.” the words blurt out without a filter. this guy was TERRIFYING compared to what he has seen. was this man even human?

//: I offer this, Mirror Monster specifically jumping into different mirrors when ever he’s dropping by to see him. On purpose just to see how long it takes for him to be noticed. No set time on when he pops up in the mirrors as pretty sure he does it just to mess with Mirror Surgeon ( in good fun )

Mirror Surgeon is offering him one of his waiting room trees. They are as plastic as he is and only need the occasional dusting.

Don’t mind the tendrils slipping from the mirrors, moving around the plastic tree. Some wrapping around the pot and the rest brushing against the fake leaves/branches. Though a few of the branches move away from the plant, looking back to Mirror Surgeon if to ask if he could take it. He’s seen these plants in the waiting room, is it ok to take one of them?

He waits a few more moments before pulling the tree into the mirrors. Despite it being made of plastic he’s careful not to damage the leaves/branches. Hard to make out what he’s thinking but there’s a few tendrils waving more then usual.

The Mirror creature couldn’t say much in the way of the medical field. Surgeries and knives are not in their expertise. May have seen and heard but never play their hand in it. With that being said, there is still some room that the creature could give comment to. 

Hands slipping into their pockets, relaxed stance as they stand within one of the many mirrors.
