20. Do you need music/noise to write or do you prefer silence?

I *want* music/noise but when I have it I often find that it distracts me. I absolutely can't listen to songs I know the lyrics too, or even songs I understand the lyrics too, because they distract me too much while I'm trying to form sentences. So my compromise is that I listen to classical music (especially when it's angsty~ I have a great sad classical music playlist) or other instrumental music like movie scores. If I absolutely need noise for the vibe I listen to ambience or ASMR :)

But I have to admit that with absolute silence I am the most concentrated u.u also the most bored, but concentrated..

21. What time of the day is your favorite to write?

Mornings, actually. Doesn't matter if it's creative writing or academic; I think most of my 5 braincells are awake in the mornings. I get the best creative ideas at night (~2-4 am) but then I am too tired to actually write so I take a lot of semi-coherent notes on my phone.. unfortunately I usually only have time in the evenings, where I am spectacularly unproductive 😔 I'm a mess.
