What is your most developed world?
Well, damn. Depends on the state of planned completion.
Most developed to the expectations might be the Wiendell: Wings and Light setting for Caramel Dice TTRPGS WIP. The world is supposed to be lore-rich and with lots of possible customization by each individual DM who ought to run it, politics-speaking, so as a "fill out the missing pieces yourself!" type world I guess it's attabout 99% complete. Throw in the batshit insane metaphysical divinity lore and you'll explain every single inaccuracy/retcon there might be.
Next up could possibly be Raskol, another Caramel Dice setting. Mostly ripping off ideas and story arcs from other media, it's about 75% done. Some lore is omitted like the Han Empire across the ocean and what happened to "Europe" in the setting post-Brightest Night, but fun's fun, the setting is majorly developed and filled out. I might redo the world map and make it better-defined, but for now it is what it is.
Book-wise... Probably The Dark Times of Lenedos, with all the planned books encompassing the world very well, and capturing the charm of every era and every nation's golden age before the fall. It's about the same 75% done, I still got to shuffle around certain things like dragons and their literaly immortal blood, the various ethnicities of humans, the landclaim statuses of elves and dwarves et al.
Nearing 50% (a-la "yeah I know what I'm talking about but it's all bare bones in 'ere" type stuff) are Red Wolf, Black Blood with its Scandinavian Japan and epic reimagination of the Nordic mythos; Mirves - World of Spring for Caramel Dice; WIP NAME: Tikitaka soulslike with all the stuff like Godblood, Book of Life and the world being a book, et.c.
