Hey, did you know?
⏪ — PAST ; @misanghyuk
He hates his coach.
Why does he have to make things so hard for him? They both knew that if he wanted to do something, he'd do it. And he'd wanted to quit the team. No matter how much he tried to block his exit using excuses of procedure and red tape ( which they both knew was total bullshit ), it was just prolonging the inevitable. Doyoung was quitting the Taekwondo team whether Coach liked it or not, and no amount of coaxing would persuade him to change his mind otherwise.
But that didn't mean Coach Lee was going to make it any easier for him regardless. If it's anything they had in common, it was their bull headed stubbornness. If Doyoung was determined to quit, Coach Lee was determined to make it as hard as possible for him to do so. ( Fuck you Coach. )
"Jeez, it's not like I'm quitting it altogether. I just don't want to compete anymore," he grouches, violently stabbing the backspace button, deleting the inadequate last paragraph of his 'why-I-want-to-quit-the-Taekwondo-team' resignation essay that he was practically being forced to write.
The team would've side-lined him eventually at the rate he kept fouling during competitions anyway. He might as well leave before that happened.
Groaning, he drops his head to the desk. Life sucks.
Peeking up at the bright computer screen, his fingers resting on the keyboard keys, he momentarily entertains the idea of hacking his Coach's email and sending out some prank email to all of his contacts in a childish attempt at petty revenge. But he quickly banishes the thought, finger curling in frustration.
No, he'd promised himself to stop. He can't risk it. Not after that incident.
Another groan. Life really, really sucks.
He already had to give up hacking. Now he was giving up Taekwondo too. He's basically committing emotional suicide, dooming himself to an uneventful, banal life for eternity. He'd be a shell. Ghosting through school soullessly. What is life if there was no fun in it?
The dramatic teenage angst was absolutely viscous.
"God, get over yourself Doyoung," he mutters, lightly slamming his head against the table a few times.
Sighing, he straightens, staring blankly at the open document on his screen. He can't work on his essay. Not now. His heart isn't in it. Instead he opens up a new window, setting up fingers freezing over the keyboard for a moment. Turning, he does a quick scan of the computer lab; Place was empty enough, aside from a few students scattered around the room, though no where near him.
After a moments, hesitation, he presses a button, opening up a script.
He promised himself to stop hacking. Illegally. Or at least, as Blvck. Hacking an old rival hacker's server should be okay right? At worst, he'd get his school's entire network infected with a virus. They'd never be able to trace it back to him. They'd just think the school's network was under attack.
And besides, he wasn't really going to hack... not really. Just snoop around for exploits and imagine the steps he'd take. Yeah. He wouldn't go too far, not on the school's shitty PC and network anyways.
