Okay so I'm virgo sun/ Capricorn moon/ Taurus rising, I'd love to know how you would describe it!

taurus sun: ego and sense of self; an earth sign; you are very practical and reliable, however you can also be possessive and stubborn. all are qualities befitting the bull, your namesake symbol. you are drawn by love and beauty, always wanting to be surrounded by it. you live for creativity and satisfaction.

aquarius moon: emotion and sense of feeling; an air sign; you are more comfortable loving at a distance but still crave emotional investment. you might come across as being detached compared to other, more sensitive signs, but this is due to your strong independence and cool-headedness. 

cancer rising: how others see you; a water sign; you can be very compassionate and loving, wanting to display that for the whole world. you have a collective consciousness that helps you to bond with others because you usually understand what others are feeling and thinking.

what all three together tell me: with three different elements in your big three, you are unlikely to resonate with any one of them very strongly. having an air moon is not ideal as you may struggle more than others in vulnerability and sensing emotion, however a water rising and earth sun are very compatible and will help you immensely in connecting with others.
