Well, whoever took the photo did so from a downward spot, or was kneeling, or may just have been short. Maybe a kid took the photo, I don't know. This was like thirty years ago, I don't exactly remember that party. Anyway, sorry I got sidetracked. But the person who took the photo is doing an upward angle shot. The person in costume is holding four balloons. I'm colourblind and can tell one of the balloons is pink, I'm lost on the others. I assume yellow is involved cause yellow hates me. Okay but back to the main point. The image has a dust is settling look to it. Almost mystified. The person in costume looks trapped standing in time, begging for help with the balloons. The image is haunting. They are leaning ever so slightly forward almost out of frame. It looks like they are on the verge of passing out, I think. There's so much going on here to try and describe. The only thing I'm left with when I look at this is the utter shock and confusion that this is a genuine thing and not a haunted internet image. Well maybe it should be. Anyway, the suit looks super uncomfortable and way too warm to wear. Kudos to whoever did.
