This is Robbie Fairchild’s Miscast 2020 performance of “If They Could See Me Now” from the musical Sweet Charity. It was a perfect way to open the broadcast and he is just amazing. I could listen to him sing and watch him dance all day.
Once On This Island sounding amazing with Leslie Odom Jr. at the helm. His voice is so peaceful. I could listen to this all day.
I hope they have him in the live action adaptation of this musical.
I know this is last minute, but did anyone save/download/repost the MisCast 2020 video? I tried to download it from youtube but using “SS” doesn’t work anymore since that website shut down. I want to watch it but I can’t do it right now bc of school! I managed to watch clips as it was airing, but only a few minutes (I did get to see Raul’s part lol). Any help would be appreciated!
Issac Powel from West Side Story looks like he's going to cry when talking about quarantine and of course he's singing On My Own from Les Mis.
But his voice makes me want to smile. Just beautiful and giving me goosebumps.
Beanie Fieldstien is singing Dancing Through Life from Wicked with her dog next to her and then doing tap is giving me life.
With a surprise appearance by Kristin Chenoweth. That sealed it.
