☀️ . What are your dynamics? How do you define them?

Im a Beta! I personally define it not as being 'just like normal humans', but as a separate third dynamic. In my verse, Betas are extra sensitive to scents and subvocals and can tell the emotions behind them pretty easily. Their own scents don't change as much with emotion, and can have a calming effect.

🔊 . What subvocals do you do? How do you communicate and what do your subvocals mean?

I do a lot of subvocals! For me, my nonhuman vocals, my vocal stims, and my subvocals are all basically the same thing :33 my most common ones are churrs, coos, purrs, growls, hisses, and trills! They tend to communicate base emotion- happy! Love! Angry! Sad! The humans around me have a hard time interpreting them, but they make instinctual sense to me :D

🐾 . Does your personal misce identify align with specific verses? What are your behaviors and how does it work?

It doesn't really align with one specific verse, and more with all of my kintypes overall. The behaviors/instincts that seem to influence it the most though are avian, canine, and eldritch/divine. Lots of preening, nesting, gifting shiny things, scenting, being territorial, and biting urges.

Very much so! Im most likely misce because of my alterhumanity, and both identities are greatly tied to and influenced by each other. Its interesting, because it's the only identity that only i, the Core/Shell/Prism of my subsystem, have. Im the combination of all the other members, but the misce identity is only mine while my other alterhuman ones tend to originate from sys members.

Not to bother you, but what's it like being misecanis? I can't find much on y'all's experiences, but rooting around through a few tags and seeing your posts has me questioning it, especially the dynamics stuff.

So sorry this took us so long to answer, we love getting asks but the Mental Illness makes us forget to answer them TvT

so! Miscecanis!! The basic definition is identifying as/with the omegaverse, whether as an identity or lifestyle. For me, it feels a lot like my other kintypes- I am a Beta in the same way I am a dragon or an angel. I've always felt a strong connection to the omegaverse dynamics, and even said I had an 'omegaverse kintype' before i had heard of miscecanis!! But there are a ton of different ways to be miscecanis, and my experiences definitely aren't the end all be all. Hope this helps!! Others feel free to add on!

It was pretty simple actually! I introduced my platonic partner to the concept of miscanis (they already knew about omegaverse) and when they had some recognition with it I asked if they wanted to be a pack
