Like i said I've always been pulled to have this unwavering knowing of their existence and I work with my spirituality and I feel my life purpose has to do with raising my consciousness.. But I've never known that people can communicate with them. How did you do it?

sounds to me like you’re a starseed for sure! i, too, have always know they were here, and i feel my life purpose is very much the same - also to help in raising the consciousness of the entire planet. and yes, of course you can! we all can! we are connected to them very intimately through energy and consciousness, so we can communicate with them much like a medium can communicate with a dearly departed. and me? well, i pretty much went into a quick meditative-like state, and because my guide is VERY connected to me (i will edit this post in a sec and give you some links to posts of mine that explain this) it was very easy to come through for him. he gave me his name, and ever since then we have been in pretty regular contact. and this is totally possible for ANYONE. i don’t know if you have ever heard of Dr. Steven Greer or Close Encounters of the 5th kind - but it really is revolutionizing the way we communicate with these beings. CE-5 is “human initiated contact” where by basically, by going into meditative states, humans can attune to the frequency of the ETs and thus communicate (:

It does, thank you! How did you come to have so much knowledge on this topic?

well, tbh, ever since i was really little i was into aliens and UFOs and i have pretty much read almost every book, every piece of literature, watched every TV show, every documentary...and that’s not bragging, it’s just the truth! hahah, so i guess i’ve just obtained a lot of knowledge about them that way, through other people’s experiences. and now that i’m connected with my Arcturian guide, i get a lot of information and insight through him. he usually comes through a little bit to certain extents whenever i’m answering questions like this and gives me little bits of knowledge to add. basically i’ve just been openminded my whole life and i’ve allowed the knowledge in (:

Hey so I have always had a fascination with aliens and I 100% believe and I think I've seen some UFO activity before. I guess my question is why do they even pay attention to us since we are so u developed on a spiritual level? We do more harm to the planet than good and I feel we are just parasites

hey there so awesome question! i think the simplest way to answer this is by saying that they are our ancestors. we are connected by DNA and they see us as their little brothers and sisters. they are here to teach us, so that we can get to the level that they are on. and yes, i could see how you could say that humans are parasites - we’re a very destructive people and we do a lot of harm to our planet. but, like with children, we can be taught. i don’t think they would simply give up on us just yet. to them, we are like their children. and with your children, you teach and guide until the child has obtained the necessary knowledge and experience to go on their own. 

they love us, and they want to protect us as much as they can without interfering with our natural evolution too much. but others ETs haven’t followed that directive, and they’ve led humans to be the way we are today. we weren’t always this way, not in ancient times. and they know that we can be that way again and that’s really their ultimate goal.
