Work Doodle: Ao Andon Guy
Since October is around the corner, I feel like doodling some spoopy stuffs. I shall start with my favorite accidental gender-swapped yokai. Stupid me didn’t read that it’s supposed to be a female yokai.
Bahahahahha!!! I’m trying to get a funny backstory for this guy. I’m bad a writing so pardon my hastily written summary:
Maybe he could be a beloved hotel owner that loves playing hyakumonogatari kaidankai(hundred ghost stories) with his guests and relatives. He disappeared after such an occasion, ever since then, hotel staff and guests played a hundred ghost stories in his honor. Eventually, they found him, after snuffing out the 100th candle, and still up to his mischievous ways like he always did.
Work Doodles: More Animals
I don’t know why I suddenly have the need to draw animal pictures. I’m kind of proud of the forest floor vegetation on the frog, although I should had used moss.
Workstuff: Gotta Go Fast!
A quick (get it? Joke over) Hedgehog illustration for work. One of the lessons needed an emergency image swap that I had to fill in. FYI, anteaters are not insectivores. Also it’s too yellow!
Useless Work Perch!
Naw not really, I called it that because it’s an unused asset from work. Well it’s a perch that thinks it’s salmon. I rushed it ok?!!! Look, I even gave it cutesy hamster eyes.
Work Doodle: Mmmm... Ramen
Just a food illustration practice on Mischief 2.0. I found my drawing boring so I added a special something. Aw geez can you spot it?
I wish the layers can be set to "Multiply" so I can shade with my eyes closed. But NOOOOOO.... I should study traditional oil painting and steal their techniques and use *gasp* GLAZING! Oh the HUMANITY! OK, joke over. A layer set to Multiply is not evil OK? I was joking because I got too dependent on it. Again it was a joke. Sometimes I wonder if I'm obsessed with drawing techniques.
Work Doodle: Two Headed Python
A bit of comfort doodle, because I'm stressed and the smell of paint is making it hard for me to think.
Work Doodle: Futa-Kuchi Guy...err.. Person...
I needed to relax. So have a colored work doodle. Probably a male version of a Futa-Kuchi Onna that's too androgynous to tell apart. Soo, what does he see with?
