Yet again, I must choose between immediate satisfaction and delayed gratification. Or ignore both and just procrastinate even more. We'll see. x
All my single ladies (and gents), put your hands up! And tell yourself you love you! Because in modern society, self deprecation is the norm and you need a reminder that you're awesome and loveable for many reasons. I know it took me some time to think of things, but now I'm my own valentine! How did I ever manage to get such a catch?! x
I'm back and here to stay! It's been far too long since I've made a video, but I will try harder to be more consistent! Thanks for sticking with me though. x

22. As many places as possible!! Travelling is one of the only things that seems worth the anxiety and stress to me, since you get so much out of it. Alaska and the UK always come to mind first.

My apologies for not putting a video up yet! I have some footage that I need to edit but I let my lack of motivation take control of me... sadly this happens more than not. BUT I SHALL TRY TO BE BETTER! I will try to have it up by Friday night! So sorry for the delay!
In vague Sam and Dean cosplay, Lauren and I attempt to bake Dean a pie. Specifically a Chocolate Angel Mousse Pie. If you also want to try it, the recipe is below!
The song is "Ozymandias" by Grand Daddy Peter. Name your own price and get their music here.
If you have royalty free music, I would love to use it in my videos! Message me!
Recipe:
Chocolate Mousse Angel Pie
Meringue Shell:
3 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Dash salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Filling:
1 (6-oz.) pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup water
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Optional: Sliced almonds, toasted*
1. Heat oven to 275ºF. Generously butter 9-inch pie pan. In small bowl, combine egg whites, cream of tartar and salt, beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beating until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla, beat well.
2. With metal spatula, spread meringue in bottom and up sides of buttered pan, building up sides as high as possible.
3. Bake at 275ºF for 1 hour. Turn oven off, let stand in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. Remove meringue shell from oven.
4. In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and water, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in almond extract. Cool 30 minutes.
5. Fold chocolate mixture into 2 cups of the whipped cream. Spread filling in cooled meringue shell. Store in refrigerator. When ready to serve, garnish with remaining whipped cream and toasted sliced almonds.
Almonds* Tip: To toast almonds, spread on cookie sheet; bake at 350ºF for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally. Or spread in thin layer in microwave-safe pie pan. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring frequently.
