Being barred from alcohol because I'm on Fluoxetine is definitely a way to stop my abuse / reliance on it as a substance ( thats just an addiction, aint it? ) is nice in regards to... being sober... and I am forced to look at non alcoholic drink options.
But there's those moments that craving kicks in, or when I'm in a situation that I know I'd normally rely on alcohol to get through it and I just CAN'T because the people around me will see it and stop me... its painful to some degree? I'm on anxiety / depression medication now, so I can navigate those situations better even without alcohol...
But im scared
And i miss it
But I know I can't... because its even more dangerous.
