Ishmael's leaving the library (after a long argument with a librarian about the ethics of archival) with a stack of printed posters to be hung up. Each page proudly declares,
THIS ANIMAL -> 🐋 IS A SPOUTING FISH WITH A HORIZONTAL TAIL ANYONE CLAIMING ELSEWISE IS A LIAR
After visiting the Silverside Aquarium, Ishmael's noticed that despite the apparent technological advancements of the age, mankind continued to believe that the whale was a mammal. He's of the opinion that this misinformation needed to be corrected. It's like he's always said—scientists couldn't be trusted to do the real work unless they were on the ocean, where truth in all her forms is most clearly revealed.
As he wanders down the Archimedes streets, he notices the woman walking down the sidewalk in the opposite direction. She has a certain aquatic sheen: no doubt about it, that hair is unmistakably fishy. And being somewhat of a fish expert, he has to know.
"Ma'am," Ishmael calls out to @moraypower, posters momentarily forgotten and with little regard for rudeness, "are you some kind of fish?"
