Rory doesn't really need to get anywhere but he's found that the tube is a relatively easy place to snatch people's money away from them without them noticing. If it's crowded enough they rarely notice the pressure of someone sneaking a hand into their back pocket or purse. Unfortunately he's pretty screwed if they do notice. People are generally pretty quick to suspect the teenage brown boy, with track marks all up his arms and a starved baby on his hip. "time to test my luck"
He slips his hand into the stranger in front of hims belongings and grabs onto a wallet before quickly slipping it into his bag, holding his breath. Now all he can do is hope.
