The fact that the Wiki still doesn't acknowledge the like one billion implications of Spamtenna being a couple, while finding it worth mentioning that there's one (1) single reference outside of the game that could possibly imply Spamton and Jevil being exes, is simply inexcusable btw. I don't know why I was giving them any benefit of the doubt, this is just actively choosing to omit important information (and thus mislead anyone who trusts the Wiki) due to whatever personal preferences the editors hold. No wonder that anyone who relies on the Wiki instead of the actual source material would not realize how important this relationship is to both characters, and also wouldn't know that these two are implied to have been happy together and their separation was clearly a misunderstanding, as both believe that the other left them.
Anyways, pro tip: just like you shouldn't rely on Wikipedia as your sole source of info (particularly on contentious subjects like history or politics), you shouldn't rely on fan Wikis for your understanding of a given work of art. Wikipedia and fan Wikis are edited by people with biases; sometimes they may be wrong by accident, and other times they may actively omit information or present it a certain way to suit their personal beliefs and preferences, even if they don't have good evidence for it. The Wiki can be useful for certain information, like character pronouns, or finding where in a Chapter a certain scene took place so you can either find it in a playthrough or play yourself to see it, or pulling some direct quotes, or downloading sprites, but don't rely on it for your understanding of the characters, narrative, themes, etc.
