I'm about to lose my temper with the fucks at the metro pcs store. They over-charged me for a phone that is advertised on the website for a certain price with a mail-in-rebate...I didn't get a rebate. Plus, the shitbag told me it was a 4g lte phone, which it isn't, it's only normal 4g. I went up there yesterday and talked to them and the girl working there repeatedly told me it was 4g lte. I told her it was not but see told me it was, in an indignant tone. I left it at that and asked her why I can barely get service? I drove around town, going about 10-15 miles away from home, all the while running the ookla speedtest app and not once did I have a download speed higher than 0.13 kb/s and 0.16 kb/s upload. I told the girl at metro pcs that and see said that I have a 500 mb a month limit and that I must of exceeded it. I just bought the fucking thing so that don't make any sense. I'm taking it to corporate and telling them that I was misled, lied to and scammed by "Metro Pro" located at 2100 davison road, Flint, Michigan, 48506, telephone # 8104078264 I don't know what they will be able to do but hey it's better than what I want to do. I don't think they are supposed to be keeping the mail-in-rebates for themselves and overcharging me for a phone that is part of a nationwide metro pcs sale at a set price with said rebate. If I'm not out for blood than I am out to get this store shut down, believe that. Alright sorry about that long rant, hopefully, this will be the last time you hear me complaining about anything on here. I'm really not about that life anymore, I'm actually pretty care-free these days...it's how I stay young😄
