Oh just thinking about how important Neil is to Jean (and vice versa), especially when he tells Andrew that he needs to stop smoking so that he can make it on time to save Neil in the future when someone comes at him or else he wouldn’t have so freely given him away to Andrew.
Or how Jean tried to protect Neil as much as he could or able to in the nest; probably feeling immensely guilty as he stitch him and put him back together, again, again, and again.
Or the fact that Neil didn’t hesitate to put a hit on Grayson so that Jean can could sleep peacefully at night and feel safe again; so that he could not hurt Jean again.
Or even that Neil went back to California for Jean, to tell him in person, speak with the fbi and Stuart with Jean; the state that holds so much pain and trauma for Neil, he went back to for Jean (this is probably more of a head cannon than actual cannon tho)
