Roaming Rome
It's Sunday night and the end of my week off. It sure feels like it's been more than a week - Rome seems more like a dream and I am trying to relive it by processing photos and writing this blog post. Our Rome trip was only three nights and four days and we packed so much sightseeing in despite the sweltering sun. My feet sure paid the price - we walked and walked and I'll get into it more on my next post but we had some drama trying to catch public transports so we ended up walking more than we expected. Anyway, here is the first outfit and the first day of our trip. I was thankful for this Emily and Fin Florence Dress - it was definitely the right choice for my trip and I shall talk to you more about it.
An outfit I wore for Easter, a lovely 1940s dress by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury! The Polly dress is made of crepe de chine and feels exactly like a true vintage dress.
New blog post featuring this 1940s style dress and pill box hat by @uniquevintage1! <3

The Far West
Happy Easter to all who celebrate! To others, yay Easter break!! *does happy dance* I am currently being lazy at home and hiding from the grey sky. As someone who is solar-powered I wish the weekend was as good as the one before, when I took these pictures. It was a glorious warm and sunny day and I was so happy to be able to wear this outfit! This Western-themed John Wolf skirt is just too adorable to pass despiter some fade on the print and it looks super sweet with my new Miss L Fire sandals. I have dwelled into the 1930s/1940s a lot lately but my first love will always be the 1950s and this outfit is an obvious proof. If you continue reading you'll learn I am not the biggest fan of Western movies - that should explain my styling! Read more to find out about these sandals too and why I think they're a summer essential!
An early 40s inspired outfit that I wore recently! The dress is by UK company Heyday who make some really wonderful and very authentic 40s dresses and the heels are Miss L Fire. I’m also wearing my Besame ‘V’ for Victory badge. More photos in my latest blog post!
