Last week, I got the approval from our officiating priest for our missalette. Weeks before that, we submitted our proposed missalette based from the guide provided by Caleruega. We just chose our preferred readings that we got from the internet. These are readings suitable for weddings.
There wasn't much correction aside from our priest changed the Gospel. Our priest also noted that he was able to reduce the number of pages from 30 to 19 pages. It makes sense, right? We need to save papers.
First reading - Genesis 2:18-24
Responsorial Psalm - 33:12 and 18, 20-21, 22
Second Reading - First Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians 12:31 - 13:8a
Gospel - St. John 15:9-12

As soon as we received the approval, we started with the layout. We kept the layout formal-looking. Since our priest wanted to keep the number of pages at the minimum, we reduced the font size and just chose a readable font. According to Mr. Google, the most readable font is Helvetica.
At the last page, we included the pictorial sequence and a map to guide the guests to the reception.
Printing the missalette to a booklet type wasn't an easy task as I thought it was. I'm not sure why the default setting of booklet printing was not working for my printer. It took me an hour to figure it out. Here's the setting that worked for me:
We made different versions of the missalette.
30 booklet type, A4 size folded in half - to be distributed to the pews
giant missalette on clear book for the priest
giant missalette on clear book for the commentator
giant missalette on clear book for the couple
Aside from the size, these versions differ on which part/reading is highlighted.
