Oh, absolutely. You can join me and we'll have a little party where we discuss the fact that there were more beheadings on stage than women.

I did the voice challenge!
A couple of notes about the last question:
I said I sing a lot, I never said I sing well
My song was interrupted by my cat Bruce jumping up on the table
(THIS IS MY THIRD ATTEMPT AT UPLOADING THIS FRICK)
Also, your Moxxi is totally awesome! I feel like the body type shouldn't matter. What should matter is how much time and effort you put into the costume- and clearly you went out of your way to make a quality costume. Also, you are beautiful :3
It really shouldn't. Like, I guess yeah if it was like a booth babe or official character (which... is what I want to be for Gearbox... but whatever) but in cosplay, it really should not matter. It is about having fun, and feeling great about yourself. Not caring about what that person over there thinks about you because you put the time and effort in to what you are doing and you know damn well you rock your cosplay. Haters gonna hate.
Also, thank you. <3
I read your post about cosplaying Moxxi and the hate that the picture of you got. That is absolutely awful. I've been toying with the idea of doing a Moxxi cosplay for years, but I'm 5'1" and 102 pounds. I'm a 32C, and honestly, not that thick skinned. I'm terrified of judgement by the Borderlands community. Any advice?
Honestly, the Borderlands community is mostly full of great people. Especially the cosplay community. I have only received hate twice for my Moxxi, once on 4chan because I apparently have horse teeth, and just the other night. That, I think was an extreme case, because the picture was A) a horrible representation of myself and my costume. The picture was meant to show the good times we were having, not the costumes. and B) posted on Gearbox's official facebook page. Where hundreds of casual gamers, serious gamers, and guys who just like to look at Moxxi's boobs come to look for updates. There were a ton of people chipping in in my defense, and saying that the costume looked great, boob size didn't matter etc etc. It was just the testosterone ridden womanizing jerks who have no filter or common sense and are under the impression every girl is out there for their approval that said nasty things.
So, what I'm trying to say is... the majority of people are going to be more than decent to you. No one is going to go out of their way to scream at you because you aren't what they want, and if they do, ignore them. Laugh, because you know you look fantastic and are much better off morally and in general than they are.
And hell, not that body type matters, but anyone who says you look terrible as moxxi with those dimensions is on something.
