During the workshop at Creative Live with Miss Aniela, I learned a lot about the core ideals of fashion photography and the bridge between fashion and fine art photography. It was an interesting experience - and it brought light to the meaning behind my own photos as well.
On the second day, I explored the city with Sabahat Naureen, another student involved with the workshop. We walked around Capitol Hill and landed in Volunteer Park, immediately noticing a large cherry blossom tree planted in the middle of the park. It was beautiful!
We both took shots together, and it was interesting to see what we both came up with. I've never shot with another photographer before (I ended up shooting with even ANOTHER photographer on the third day, which I will post about later), so it was interesting to see how our styles differed, and what color palettes we both appreciated.
I learned a ton from all of my fellow students, and I feel privileged to meet such awesome people in the process of this workshop.
This is a model in the Seattle area, Nicole Zapel, and she was sweet enough to let two photographers pester her for an hour ;)
