“Just don’t go stealing all my tans next. I need something to wear.” He teased her a little bit. But seeing her stop in her tracks he raised his brow. “That’s generally how one has a date no? Unless you want to stay in.” Kory began to tease her because he thought she would want this, but maybe he was wrong. He thought that until she said she wanted too, he laughed softly as he walked over to her and grabbed her by his sweatshirt. “It looks good on you, better on the floor.” Kory told her, despite the fact that she said she loved  him Kory was still working towards those feelings, he didn’t let other’s in easily but he slowly was letting her in past his defenses at least. The seal spent a lot of time building those walls. But he was enjoying his time with Claire too much to let that be the driving factor they stopped seeing either.

Oh there was a bright smile on his features, for a specific reason. Unless his eyes had been playing major tricks on him. When Lee had walked past one of the local cafes in his hometown of Macon, Georgia. He believed he saw someone he knew through the window. 

He was right. 

The woman seemingly from the future who had come to warn him of danger was here again! They’d kicked ass together and drunk together before! Oh boy was he excited to see someone that he knew for the first time in a while! He couldn’t hold it in, off he went!

He stealth like made his way into the cafe in question, only the usual residents had seen him and they weren’t going to tell her he was there. He snuck up on the woman and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind and pulled her into his embrace for a hug!

“Hey girl, I missed you! Good to see you again!”

“I’m no knight.” Trent murmured, though he did cherish how close she was to him right now. He honestly had no idea why it had never worked with them, they had tried multiple times by now. The older man still loved her, if he was being honest, and he wrapped an arm around her waist, “But I’ll always take care of you.” he promised her. 

They got to her house soon enough, and he took the keys from her to open the door, “We better get you upstairs, you’ve been drinking..alot.” He’d had a couple, but knew when to back off; if she was going to get drunk he didn’t want to do the same. “It’s time for you to sleep it off.”

@miss-claire-v-m  is not only a very talented roleplayer but also a great friend.   The OC is absolutely amazingly written and every thread we have gives me immense joy. What makes it even better is that the mun is easy to talk to and very caring and understanding.   Couldn't ask for a better rp partner!

I’m tired, I don’t want to talk about this.” He told her softly as he felt her hand on his shoulder he sighed. “I just want to leave it all over there Claire, I made mistakes on the mission, people got hurt and I got to live with that.” If he hadn’t missed his fucking shot, that’s all he kept telling himself, if he had realized that there were more combatants than they realized. They had been running blind. “I know I’m not, I’ve got all the boys, and… I’ve got you.” He turned his gaze to look up at her as he took her hand and gently pulled her to sit on his lap. “Just sit with me alright?”
