Spoilers for the Dungeon Meshi anime!!!
Just got caught up with the anime and I know it's supposed to be (mostly) a comedy but I honestly couldn't even laugh in the scene where Laios and Shuro fight. I think that this scene more than any other scene so far lends credence to Laios being some form of neurodivergent. The way he truly had no idea that Shuro hated him in a way that infuriates Shuro because he's just so nice to him all the time, the way that Laios consistently misses the cues that would tell him Shuro didn't like him, the way that Laios is then blamed for missing social cues he had no clue he should have been looking out for. ough.

How do Adults Make Friends?
I just moved to a new city (Mitski reference real?????) and despite being an adult for two years now, I have ZERO clue where to go to make friends. It feels like if you don't want to drink and you don't aren't to school, there isn't really any good gathering spots for young adults (no hate to drinking btw, just not for me at this time). I've tried book clubs, but I've had a hard time finding people my age there (on the bright side, I now have several friends in their mid sixties and I get impromptu life advice that is very helpful.) Any ideas? Any suggestions are welcome and will be considered.
