HUGE PR for Coach Junior @_mj97_ this morning on his back squat. He knocked out 375lb at a body weight of 145lb like nothing, then proceeding to drive through a 385lb back squat for a 15lb PR. Again at a body weight of 145lb. Impressive! Want like strength like this? Chest to ring is an extremely effective way to strength the final pull of the pull up, chest to bar and muscle up. Completing this drill will not only make those movements easier to perform, but also give you more strength in a field of other movements. Trying performing sets of 3-5 repetitions twice a week for 3 weeks and see the difference. Add a band if needed, but keep that body tight to not spin! Looking to improve on these skills every day?
