On week 10 of our current cycle in #crossfitsport @missioncrossfitsa we have had some amazing PRs! @ashmaster210 going 15lbs OVER her current clean PR for an attempt at a 3-position clean at 170lbs. She may have missed the hang clean, but it was from tired legs, not a lack of getting under it. She's come so far in just 1 month with us.
