everyday i wish i could find my 5 year old self, take her away and raise her on a farm, watch her play and wear pretty dresses and skip and sing and bathe in the sun and not be so afraid. I’m now becoming far too conscious of the effect of experiencing so much evil so young had on me, i wanted so much better for her, I’m envious of the childhood i make up in my head to replace the one i had.
