Occupation:
Face-Claim: Jenna Ortega
Biography:
Shock, now known as Isadora “Sadie” Halloway, lives in Ironclad Quarters, where she occupies a loft filled with odd trinkets, eerie décor, and the occasional unsettling doll collection. In her fabricated background, she is the daughter of a rebellious underground artist known for creating surreal, unsettling pieces that challenge perception and reality. Raised in an environment where creativity and anarchy blurred together, Sadie was encouraged to question everything and trust nothing, especially authority. She grew up fascinated by the eerie and unexplained, collecting urban legends like trophies and turning fear into an art form. Among Mistwood’s students, she has a reputation for knowing too much, always one step ahead in uncovering the city’s strangest secrets.
Role at Mistwood College:
As a 1st Year student majoring in Psychology and Art, Sadie is fascinated by the intersection of surrealism, perception, and the psychology of fear. She views the human mind as a playground and is notorious for conducting elaborate social experiments—cryptic notes left in dorm rooms, eerie coincidences staged to perfection, or whispers of non-existent urban legends just to see them spread. She’s also a key member of the Urban Exploration Club, leading late-night ventures into Mistwood’s abandoned buildings, forgotten tunnels, and locked-off areas most students avoid. While her tactics can be unsettling, her insights into the supernatural mysteries of Mistwood are often disturbingly accurate.
"You're so stupid! Think now! If we blow him up to smithereens, we may lose some pieces!"
Current Struggle:
Sadie feels like she’s being watched, but not in the way most people do. Something in the Mist recognizes her. She’s had flashes—visions of a mischievous trio, a world where tricks and terror ruled, and a sense of power that felt so natural yet impossibly distant. Her dreams are filled with laughter that isn’t hers, and when she wakes, she sometimes feels like she’s missing two people—partners in crime she can’t quite name. The unease is growing, the tricks no longer hers to control. For the first time, Sadie isn’t the one playing the game—she’s part of someone else’s. And she’s going to find out why.
