What position does your character sleep in? ( i.e; stomach, side, back, etc. ) Describe why they do this — optional.

Ra’el sleeps facing the door because her paranoia is so strong.

Morana probably like, splays out because like, who wouldn’t when you sleep in a super comfy bed with silk sheets? But sometimes she’ll sleep curled up in Rakreya’s arms or on her stomach with her head buried in Kreya’s tits. (Look, when your gf is a 15ft tall demon you sleep with ur head on her chest)

Makaria probably splays out too tbh but she’s even more paranoid than Ra’el and has guards posted everywhere.

If you were to pick one song — and only one song — to describe your character, what would it be and why?

Ra’el: Can I just link her playlist Look, it’s very hard to pick a song for Ra’el because all her songs are so accurate. But if I had to, it would be Insomnia by IAMX because it depicts her mental state well and maybe, just maybe, I can’t resist the clock metaphor for Ra’el.

Morana: Desire by Meg Myers. Look, don’t @ me but it’s just straight horny.

Makaria: Queen Dies by Ignea. It’s the song that inspired her and it appropriately portrays her arrogance, anger, and paranoia.

Can they multi-task or must they focus on one subject at a time?

Ra’el s u c k s at multitasking, she’s just too hyperfixated in most things and she gets overwhelmed very easily.

Morana is probably pretty good at multitasking? She’s had experience dealing with multiple enemies at the same time in a fight and she’s usually switching her attention between Rakreya or Ran.

As for Makaria, sorry but I have no clue lmao

Do they prefer romance or affection? What is the quickest way to your character’s heart?

Ra’el is flustered very easily by romance but she is also very touch averse so its like a double shot. However, once she grows to trust Al she likes his little displays of care like squeezing her hand when she’s anxious or comforting her after a nightmare.

Morana is def, into romance. Kreya lowkey bought her affection with pretty gifts and patronage and not to be Horny but Morana likes affection 😉

Makaria: The quickest way to my heart is through my fourth and fifth ribs

No but seriously, Makaria doesn’t care about romance/affection and views the whole thing as, “either I have power, or I’m out.”

Does your character get restless when things are too quiet or do they favor solitude and silence? Why?

Ra’el tends to prefer silence or low noise because she gets overstimulated very easily.

Morana prefers noise because in Helius, nothing is ever quiet. This goes double for Rakreya’s arena because there is always either a party, a duel, or soldiers training. With Kreya, silence usually means something bloody is about to happen.

Makaria is extremely temperamental and no one is quite sure which one she’ll prefer each day. Good luck guessing, because if you guess wrong, you’re dead.

Def Arte! People tend to think she's arrogant but the truth is, when you've lived the life she has you tend to be pretty damn confident in your own abilities.

1. why did they choose their class(es)? their subclass(es)?

Anadriel is a Monster Slayer Ranger and a Blood Domain Cleric. After a near death experience as a child, the goddess Rhey noticed Ana and blessed her with supernatural control over other’s bodies and their blood. When she was old enough, she became a cleric of Rhey. During the war however, she gained her ranger levels which were only added to when she travelled to Therra.

3. what is their goal right now?

Currently, Ana is trapped on a mission for her goddess where she must find the great evil lurking on the island of Therra and end it. But its been years now and she misses home.

4. if they could learn one spell that isn’t available to them at present, which spell would it be?

Commune. She’s entirely alone and not even her goddess can reach her, she’s desperate for guidance.

19. what haunts them? what doesn’t?

Ana is still haunted by the things she saw and the things she did during the war. The horror she faces now doesn’t even stack up. Unless of course she was about to journey into hell

59. what is a quiet passion of theirs?

Ana misses being able to read in the sunshine with some tea. These days, she doesn’t have time to read and even if she did, any book she finds is too damaged.

🍂 Does your OC enjoy hugs? What do they do as a show of affection for: their friends, their family, their significant other(s) or for strangers? Over all what are they like with receiving affection from others?

Laeva loves hugs! She didn’t get enough as a kid and she’s just super touchy feely in general. Literal queen of shoulder pats and high fives. When it comes to her lovers, Laeva never misses a chance to smooch, hug, or just be near them. While she’s more comfortable with affection now though, in the beginning of her relationship(s) any sort of physical affection typically made her flustered.

Artemesia isn’t very physically affectionate. She was raised to be very reserved and graceful and her years in the war, learning to keep a distance to protect herself, didn’t help that. She needs a lot of time to open up and relax. However, some people in her life, such as her sister, best friends, or lover get to see the softer side of her and are often treated to small, gentle touches. 

🌾 Describe your OC through the eyes of someone absolutely head-over-heels in love with them.

Laeva is headstrong and occasionally she’s impulsive. But beneath that she’s incredibly devoted and loyal. She is always craving a new adventure but will always come home to you in the end. At her core, Laeva is bright smiles, loud laughter, and mischievous looks. But you can always find shelter with her, whether that is behind her shield or in her arms.

Arte is the blinding gleam of armor on the battlefield and a chilling war cry. Despite this, she rules with a just hand and is kept up at night by seeking the elusive concept of peace. She pushes herself to the brink and views her throne not as a pedestal on which she stands, but as an anchor and she knows that first and foremost she is a servant to her people. She is a paradigm of silent strength and will defend those she loves until her last breath.

🌺 What does your OC do to calm down when they’re scared or after a nightmare? Do they have any special comfort items or need to be reassured by a specific person? How do they handle this if they’re alone?

Laeva thankfully doesn’t have nightmares often and when she does she goes straight to her lovers. Nothing soothes her more than being held at night. However, when she’s alone, like when she’s sailing, she likes to lie in her bed and light a calming incense as she lets the waves rock her into sleep. 

After a nightmare or when scared, Arte withdraws. She buries it deep and puts on a brave face. She spent so long ignoring her own needs, and her own fear, that she doesn’t know how to deal with it. Her years of physically covering up her weaknesses in armor and swords have rendered her as cold as stone.
