    “...Understood, Father. I shall go and pack my things once our conversation is over.” Without another word from either of her parents, Mashiro exited her father’s office and made her way towards her room. An arranged marriage with a prince from a foreign county. For once in her life, she wished her parents were lying about the arrangement. It’d already been two years since her brother’s disappearance and it was now up to her to continue the Lancaster bloodline.

Resting her palm against the wooden railing of the staircase, forest optics glanced out the window at the blooming roses that resided in the garden. Not knowing if she’d ever see such beauty ever again, Mashiro stepped away from the staircase and made her way out to the garden. A few moments in the garden would surely do her heart some good.

Congrats on the follower milestone! :D Thank you for doing such a fun thing as celebration! Could I request the phrase "The Pack loves you" in red and black? (Or black and purple.) I liked the "sharper" style of the "write a dangerous story" one you did. Thank you again for your writing positivity, and for doing something like this!

Well, Arjuna's already married her so he decides to kneel to pledge his undying love for her, and maybe ask if she wanted a more lavish wedding. They had done it rather quickly after all.

    She would wholeheartedly accept it. Even a small wedding would be more than enough for her.

@mistressofmuses: There are some good comms for writing that are pretty active. Ushobwri is a good one (short for "you should be writing") with several posts per week. Inkingitout is an annual writing challenge with periodic check-ins for members, though you have to join each year to participate. Writethisfanfic is about WIPs, and is pretty supportive. We aren't mutuals here, but I'd give you a follow there if you wind up there!

Whatif_au does bimonthly AU prompts. And there are some fandoms with more active communities, too, though mostly not my fandoms, so I'm not sure about those in particular

Oh, I'm actually over there already, I made one the other day! I only have, like, two posts on it and one of them's a fic link, but you know, still breaking it in, haha.
