I'm just... So confused. Like where did the idea even come from??? Why is it so accepted? I mean I get how it can be cute and a good excuse for smut and stuff but I... It makes no sense for it to be canon. Go ahead and make it an AU just don't make it an excuse for your character to act irrationally because 'oh they are nesting'. Bleh. I only really use it for crack or private cute AU RPs, personally.
