Summary:

- And Was Picked Back Up Again Humans had to move underground. Those who commit crimes in the new world order get sent above ground. Izuku, curious about the world above, thinks about possible ways that humans can live above ground again and gets black listed for it. Sent above ground for committing the crime of bringing danger to society with his thoughts and research, he finds himself about to learn more about the world he was curious about. He's about to find out that those above ground have adapted in unique ways (Quirks) in order to survive the world around them. One of those survivors is a mysterious man named Shouto.

Summary:

After yet another fight with his father (seriously what else is new), Natsuo runs out of the home and ends up in the shadier part of town. In an odd turn of events trying to lose a group shadowing him (because of course that would be his luck), he finds himself in a new, but clearly run down bar, and face to… hand(?) with a man that draws his attention and makes his heart beat faster than when he's graced with stress from his college exams. Also, why the heck is his back burning where his black-and-white soulmate mark rests? It hasn't acted up since it first came in when he was thirteen so why now? Who is this mysterious man and why is it that he feels like he's about to end up playing with fire if he gets mixed up with him?

It started with an off-hand comment made by Fuyumi, but it was all that was needed to give Shouto a whole new world of information.  Finding out he had a love for gardening and that flowers could be used to speak opened up a new avenue for him to try and connect with his classmates, his sleep-deprived Sensei, and the family he wishes he was closer to.   He could never have guessed that something so small could make such a big change in his life and allow him to find out how to use his voice clearer than he ever had before.
