Mitsuru: does a fantastic job pretending to be the sanest person in the small town and appears to be the only person kind to Haruka outside her family. In reality, he has severely warped views on love and women due to his parents’ abusive relationship and feels entitled to run away with Haruka to Tokyo to live together. Has no problems beating women, including his grandmother and Haruka herself. Beats her grandfather to critical condition because it seems she chose her family over him. And even when she’s dying in the snow from a stab wound and the injuries he gave her, he wants to take a photo of her smiling at him.

A girl moves to a new school and is bullied relentlessly. After something terrible happens to her family, she kills all her classmates.

This one is not for the faint of heart. It pretty much is just a slash fest but there is some decent story and psychological elements. The art style is very unique and I think it compliments many of the scenes, especially the characters faces and eyes. Misu Misou could one-sit read but its up to you because a lot does happen. Each killing is unique and interesting, though you do need to suspend your sense of disbelief, but they are lots of fun. If you like thrillers with lots of gore, this will not disappoint.
