Literally, he had no excuse.

He investigated, incredibly sparsely, checking out the corpse a little but inevitably stepping away once the terrible scent of the hand sanitizer had gotten too overpowering.

And sure, he didn't contribute much to the trial, but, to be fair, it's not like anyone needed him here.

He watched the trial proceedings with thinly veiled boredom, not really finding the strength within himself to comment on anything. After all, it's not like he or anyone he cared about was getting the brunt of the attack, so why say anything?

...well, that's not quite a nice thing to say to his fans, huh?

Nonetheless, Misuto does find themself disappointed as Akio unlatches his chest(? what the fuck how is he a robot Misuto just doesn't understand robots they aren't in Minecraft) and reveals the bloodied murder weapon. Really, Akio was in the half of the students here that they cared about (especially since he took their side last trial) and to have him be a murderer...

"I feel like there should be some sort of forgiveness issued here...after all, you killed for the good of the people, I suppose? Definitely would be a suspension from my server, but probably not a perma ban. Intentions were good."

They weren't good with talking, all of a sudden. Fuck.

"I...I don't really know what to say. I hope that you don't feel too much pain, if you...even can feel pain. Huh." He coughs awkwardly.

That had certainly taken a lot out of them. 

Shivering uncomfortably, Misuto sighed as Senji (or was it censor bar x5? Hell if they knew, who the fuck had a kid and decided to name them after some censor bars, like seriously--) was wiped out of existence. It was depressing, yes, but after three prior deaths, Misuto only found himself rubbing the space between his eyes and cursing.

He'd have to apologize for his snarkiness during the trial later. A-after all, had to make sure that the fans were happy, yeah? Unhappiness and dissatisfaction was a biiiiig no-no!

But for now, they were going to hang out...in the arcade.

And, oh, what a coincidence it was! There, sitting rather lovely-ly idfk was Ai. 

Ah, she had certainly taken a beating during the trial, hadn't she? If he was being truthful with himself, Ai was one of the people Misuto was more partial to out of the entirety of their classmates. They tsked uncomfortably, making their way over to the girl.

"Ah, hey-ho! How are you feeling after that? Do you need a kiss on your boo-boo to feel better?"

Despite the wording, Misuto doesn't seem to be mocking Ai in any way. Jeez.

"You know, a part of me is tempted to say that I'm surprised, but, honestly, I'm not. I will admit, you scared me a bit there, Adachi-chan -- getting people onto your side by violence? But in the end, you ended up being wrong. And that's gonna give you - please picture this in black and white with 'Mad World' playing in the background - a huge--"

Misuto makes a mockingly sad face and two thumbs down.

"--deeeduction in terms of your position on my server. If this was Minecraft, consider yourself suspended! You would be banned but, you, at the very least, apologized at the end so I'll give you that. You're still never forgiven, though."

There's a slow clap, and the demiboy sighs tiredly. They were definitely going over the top, but somehow, they couldn't bring themself to

care.

"Uhm, as for you, Senji-chan...I guess you're just permabanned? You can't play Minecraft when you're dead so I don't have much to say. I'm kinda ashamed that I overlooked such a big part of the evidence and got the murder mixed up, but I was at least somewhat right, wasn't I? For which, I'm glad. I'm also glad we got the murder right!"

"Think of it this way - since you're dying now, your idol isn't innocently being killed for a crime she didn't commit, hmm? Maybe that will bring some sort of comfort in your last moments or whatever."

He glances over at Ai, briefly wondering how she's doing and then chalking it up to 'decent' with all the support around her. He'd shoot her a text later.

Oh and Holly fainted that kinda sucked too. Everything happens so much.
