it is tftbl and the context is that there really is no context. you get pinned down by a bunch of hyperion suits and u think the jig is up they know I'm actually the twink dude disguised as Vasquez but really no the jig is going to do two additional jigs in the form of finger gun battles and in the end you learn that life comes at you fast but imaginary bullets come at your enemies faster

quite literally this makes even less sense than seeing that clip by itself but honestly that sound sso goddamn interesting and i need to play this game immediately

true! i’ll admit my understanding of the specific workings of legislatures is. minimal, but i get the impression there are a number of reasons they might either combine different issues or “sneak” things into texts and a lot of the time it boils down to “well we couldn’t pass (at least) one of these alone, so”
