I'm glad @mito_red_light products are built so well. Almost 2 years and still rocking! Getting back to some consistent red light therapy to help this left shoulder rotator cuff heal up. Apparently, it was not ready to handle the progress I have been making since surgery. At first I was worried that I had reinjured my shoulder labrum. 😳 After doing some extra research and resting for most of this week I can tell that it is most likely a strained supraspinatus (and maybe an aggravated infraspinatus). So, back to letting the shoulder rest for a bit, along with some PT exercises to help get it back on track. It's annoying, but not addressing it and allowing it to get better will just result in having to go under the knife again. 🔪 Pressing and pulling movements are of the table for a bit. Will just be lower body, biceps and triceps until it gets better. 😁 Setbacks are just a setup for a comeback, right? 😉👍🏻 _____ #rotatorcuffrehab #worksmart #redlighttherapy #mitoredlight #physicaltherapy #perseverance https://www.instagram.com/p/Ce6iQq7OPzT/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
