Mai had been excited when she had heard of the festival coming up and had entered one of the events for it. It had various games in it. They would drew a number from a box and the one with the same number would be their partner. In her case, it was a younger girl with blonde hair and bright eyes. She had introduced herself with a smile and hoped they would get along. The game had various stages,at the moment it was an archery contest, many of the others were groaning at it but her own partner seemed rather excited. When she hit the yellow mark, Mai was impressed. She clapped in awe and when the scores were announced and their teams was the highest, she let out an excited sound and turned to hug her without thinking.
“That was amazing!!!” she exclaimed gleefully not noticing she had applied more strength than she should have. She backed away when she heard Ellie’s pleads.
“I-I am sorry! I got too happy there. But really you did amazing!”
